Le LDL a tendance \u00e0 accumuler des plaques sur les parois des art\u00e8res. Le taux id\u00e9al de LDL est de <strong>100 ou moins<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>L'impact de votre r\u00e9gime alimentaire sur votre cholest\u00e9rol<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Votre alimentation peut avoir un impact sur vos taux de cholest\u00e9rol HDL et LDL.
